Multi-workspace

The app can run more than one garden at once, each pointed at its own project folder with its own independent set of sessions. Switch between them from the topbar’s garden picker, or directly with Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+1 through 9 (in registry order) without opening any menu at all. Live-session counts, the quit dialog, and keep-awake already span every open garden rather than just the active one.
